Dallel.com operates on a user-to-user transaction basis, the accuracy, completeness and reliability of listings are not guaranteed by us. You agree to use this service at your own risk. You agree that are not liable for any harm resulting from posts, or any user conduct.

Dallel.com will not be liable for warranties & conditions of any products, posts or services featured. We exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Additionally, Dallel.com excludes all liability for any deceptive conduct, fraud, copyright or trademark infringements and other illegal material posted on our website. It should be acknowledged that we are unable to asses every piece of content posted on our website prior to being published as this would create an unrealistic burden on resources and hinder the operation of the service. We do aim to address any content of this nature in a reasonable time for the purpose of removal once it is brought to our attention.
